Due to the lack of good evidence of clinical utility and the test no longer being available from our reference laboratory, Specific Gravity, Body Fluid [LAB199] was discontinued on 10 August 2021.

Total Protein, Body Fluid [LAB196] and Lactate Dehydrogenase, Body Fluid [LAB2575] are recommended as more informative replacements.
