Container/Tube: Plain, red-top tube or serum gel tube-Hemolyzed specimen is not acceptable.

Specimen Volume: 2 mL of serum

Plasma
Container/Tube: Lavender-top (EDTA) tube- Hemolyzed specimen is not acceptable.

Specimen Volume: 2 mL of plasma
