Testing is performed on Tuesday and Sunday.

Specimens collected on those days must arrive by 0700 to be tested that day.

Schedule is subject to change based on holidays, instrumentation issues, and reagent availability.

Draw blood in a red and black tiger-top serum gel tube. (Hemolyzed specimen is not acceptable.) Spin down and send 0.5 mL of serum refrigerated.

Myeloperoxidase Antibody: Negative

If Equivocal - retest in 3 weeks

PROTEINASE-3 Antibody: Negative

If Equivocal - retest in 3 weeks
