Methodology

The Buprenorphine Enzyme Immunoassay is an in vitro diagnostic test intended for the qualitative determination of norbuprenorphine (a buprenorphine metabolite) in human urine.

The assay is designed for prescription use with the Roche cobas c automated clinical chemistry analyzers. The assay provides only a preliminary analytical result.

Specimen Volume: 20 mL

Collection Instructions:

1. Collect a random urine specimen.

2. Submit 20 mL in 1 plastic bottle.
