Specimen Requirements

Draw blood in 2 gold top tubes or a gold top tube and a red and black tiger-top serum gel tube. (Hemolyzed specimen is not acceptable.) Centrifuge specimen tube and send refrigerated at least 1 mL of serum in original vacutainer(s).
